Geyser replacement and new copper feed

The problem: A 15-year-old geyser burst overnight and soaked the ceiling of the passage.
What we did: Isolated the water, stripped the old unit, installed a new geyser with a fresh copper feed, drip tray and vacuum breakers.
The outcome: Hot water back the same day, ceiling dried and repaired the following week.

DB board rewire after repeated tripping

The problem: The main earth leakage tripped every time the kettle and geyser ran together.
What we did: Traced the fault to a damaged geyser circuit, split the load over new breakers and relabelled the whole board.
The outcome: No further tripping, and the owner can now find the right breaker in seconds.

Exterior repaint with crack repair

The problem: Sun-faded walls with hairline cracks letting damp through on the west side.
What we did: High-pressure wash, crack repair, sealing and two coats of exterior acrylic, plus gutters and fascia.
The outcome: A finish that still looks new after a full summer of Highveld storms.

Gate, hinge and lock repairs

The problem: A sagging pedestrian gate, three sticking interior doors and a broken cupboard hinge.
What we did: Reset the gate post, replaced hinges and locks, planed and adjusted the doors.
The outcome: The whole snag list closed in one visit instead of three separate callouts.
